I Refuse the Weight of Lies

On releasing the burden of half-truths, omission, and the lies that were never mine to carry.

I will not carry the burden of half‑truths, the distortion of silence, the shadows of omission. Lies are heavy, but they are not mine. They belong to the mouths that spoke them, to the hands that hid them. I refuse their weight. I refuse their chains. I refuse their claim on my story. My truth is lighter. My honesty is stronger. My peace is mine.
